Happy Piggy’s would like you to be completely satisfied and happy with your online purchase. Ordering online can be tricky, especially when it comes to purchasing lingerie. We want to love your new underwear as much as we do.
Only manufacturer defective or damaged products returns and exchange request must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return or exchange an item, please visit Returns page to start your request.
Please note, we will provide you a shipping label once your return or exchange request has been approved but the cost of your shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.
The price of the shipping label is automatically calculated and will vary depending on your location.
Shipping
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
You will receive an email as soon as your refund or store credit has been processed.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
We don’t like to wear used underwear and we are sure you feel the same!
Who wants to buy used underwear? Our return policy is a little stricter because we refuse to sell used underwear.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition:
- Underwear (All types of underwear)
- Boxers
- Briefs
- Thongs
- Jockstrap
